What is life

Life is a process: This applies to the world we live in and to the inhabitants.

The inhabitants either have life or are inanimate. Both the world  and all things in it are Created by a higher power God, and does not evolve on its own accord. The inhabitants that have life or are living have or undergo processes that identify them as living which includes  chemical and physical interaction with the environment. They grow and develop ,reproduce and change  they have  a chemical interaction with the environment (metabolism) and are made up of cells. https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=byjus+living+things&id=0CE0544C42678244FB2847DE1D4B5AA074ECB4B2&FORM=IQFRBA

The higher forms of the living have senses and intelligence.

Life is a precious gift based on the love of the creator, who loves you from the time of your conception.

Then the question of why am I created? Everyone is created for a purpose. Discovering your purpose is a process and may take time to evolve.  You have an innate, God given talent that you need to develop for the benefit of others, and to make the world a pleasant and peaceful place to live in. We live in communities and every individual has a role or function in the community. No role is menial, but each role is vital to the communities that we find ourselves.

Life is a dynamic process ,a journey over time, from birth to death. A process of  growth (physically,  mentally and Spiritually) of learning, of interaction with people and the environment. The journey of life is determined by factors such as your genes, the circumstances of your birth, the opportunities that you have and the decision that we make For most people life is to have a meaningful, satisfying existence that fulfils our physical, spiritual, mental and emotional necessities. This is usually in the context of the society.

Human life, though, has a nine month existence in the mother’s womb, starts its earthly journey at birth. The human baby is, usually born into a family, which is the building block of the society. Traditionally this consists of a father and a mother who are  the careers and siblings (if any)and this is a building block of the society. The baby, having  experienced the shock of a new environment starts to appreciate feelings of hunger, being kept warm ,cuddled and fed. Baby develops eye contact and recognition, learns to appreciate sound and voice tones and generally it continues to grow and  as its nervous system develops it reaches milestones at the appropriate times. It is said that the first five years form the foundations on which many of the features of its later life are built. They learn selfcare, speech  and develop social skills, making friends  and ask questions. Children are good observers and copiers, and it is at this stage that the basis right and wrongs, good social skills are acquired. Children need to be nurtured, talked to, and supported by their parents, especially during their first five years of life. Failure to meet the emotional, physical, and mental needs of their child at this critical stage in life  affects emotional intelligence  and leads to future issues such as behavioural issues, low self-esteem, lack a sense of belonging, develop depression, or can even suffer from mental health issues or addictions. Early years education is important in these formative years and is essential for the society to have  children primed with a potential to live as great citizens. The role of the family in achieving these objectives is very important in shaping the individual. It is in the family that the child sees and feel loved ,the child acquires the basics of  relationships with other members, morality (based in cases on a religious or spiritual principles) and emotional wellbeing.

The journey of life ,through education, work, having families is a lifelong process of learning and application of knowledge in the appropriate cases to achieve a desired result-this is wisdom. To use Wisdom is essential in the journey of Life.

Living Life

We did not chose where and into which circumstances we  were born.  The gift of life is precious and something to be grateful for, and nobody should consider themselves  an accident. As a living human being you are wonderfully and beautifully made in the creator’s image. You have a body, a soul (intellect )and a spirit. You are created for a purpose in the community in which you find yourself and you have an innate gifting for the benefit of the society and indeed the world.

Discovering your purpose may take time ,but if you have a natural talent you must develop it and become good at  using it. Otherwise in whatever area of profession practice or occupation that you practice ,do it professionally, with dedication and to the best standards.

The journey of life is not smooth and life is not a bed of roses, it has its season of ups and downs. ‘for everything there is a season, A time to be born and a time to die. A time to plant and a time to harvest .—(Ecclesiastes 3v1-8). Remember no season lasts for ever. We have no choice in many things and situations, but the things that we choose must be done well. Our attitude and reaction to what life throws at us is important. Life is a process, a journey which involves time, which is precious. Forming relationships, in families and outside it. Relationships leading to love , marriage and parentship(if desired). Life involves work and a career and a roller coaster of emotions and events. Years grow individuals to old age and its own issues. Finally the termination of life and death.
